Love the color but candle broken in transit

My order included several tapers that were carefully packaged but still one taper in two of the pairs were broken. I didn’t return them but just cut the injured ones at the break, to use as shorter candles. The length didn’t matter to me in this instance, but if it had, I would have been disappointed by the inconvenience of returning them. I’ll think twice before ordering again.
