Refund policy

If you are not happy with your Sullivans purchase, we will accept a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price with a proof of purchase from SullivansHomeDecor.com. We will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached, packing slip or order confirmation and all original packaging and other components included.

Personalized items, clearance merchandise, and any items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ are not eligible for return. 

We reserve the right to refuse any return item that is past thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Sullivans only refunds shipping charges for damaged orders. All other shipping charges are non-refundable.
