Pretty ornaments, thoughtless packing

These were left out of an original order a month ago. While i appreciate that they were sent, they were literally at the bottom of a oversized box, not in any bubble wrap or paper. One was broken. At this point i don't care about that. Just disappointed at the sloppy job. Will not shop here again.
