One works the other doesn’t

I ordered two for Christmas presents. I thankfully tried them both out before wrapping them up. One works and it is beautiful! The other doesn’t- the fan doesn’t work and I can remove the globe from the base. Needless to say I’m 50% satisfied on my first order from this company. I hope I can replace the dud in time for Christmas:(
