Unresponsive Customer Service

The beautiful candles were poorly wrapped and arrived slightly damaged. I sent an email to customer service on 10/29/24 and never heard back. Note I sent follows: I have received the four candles. They were not packed well. Both large pillar candles are dented on the bottom (I can send you a photo if you like). The two small candles are fine. The candles are too expensive to arrive damaged. What would you like me to do?
